Timings vary by technique and hair history. As a guide, a blonde transformation can take several hours including consultation, colour application, toning and finishing. We confirm the correct time allocation after assessing your hair so the appointment isn’t rushed.

Brassiness is usually caused by warmth in the underlying pigment, heat styling, sun exposure and mineral build-up from hard water. The best defence is correct toning, good home care, and keeping hair healthy so colour holds better. Your stylist will recommend the right maintenance products and timing for toners/top-ups.
Often yes, but box dye can react unpredictably when lightening. If you’ve used box dye (especially dark colours), colour removers, or at-home bleach, we strongly recommend starting with a consultation so we can do a strand test and plan the safest route.
