Our bespoke service ensures you get the best value for money, which enables us to be competitive on price. Amazingly, LA Weave™ is designed to last up to 10 weeks with no maintenance. After 10 weeks clients return for removal and refit of the same hair.
To achieve stunning locjs, a series of microbeads are placed in a straight line along with your hair, close to the scalp. Each one is spaced a few millimetres apart. They’re applied by threading a small section of hair through a small bead, which is then squished with pliers to hold it in place. Once these are applied, the weft of hair is sewn in.

Nano & Micro-Ring

Micro rings are another very popular method at the salon for achieving natural-looking results. We fit individual strands of hair to the client's own hair using a small, metal ring. The method is known for not using any heat or glue to attach the strands. Instead the metal ring is clamped closed to secure the new hair in place. A perfect colour and texture match is achieved easily and the hair is expertly fitted by our experienced team of stylists.

Keratin Bonds

Pre-bonded hair extensions involve applying individual hairs, bonded together at the ends by a keratin protein glue, into a strand. They are then melted by a fusion iron or fusion heat wand. For those who want to stay away from the heat, we also offer cold fusion which takes slightly longer but is very secure. The bond is as small as a grain of rice and see-through. This helps to create a seamless blending of the hair extensions with your natural hair, ensuring that nobody needs to know that you are wearing hair extensions at all!

The tape-in hair extensions application method is fast becoming the most popular method at Image London - and for good reason! Tape Hair Extensions are a fantastic way to add a small amount of hair for a volume boost but can also be used to add length, if required. Tape extensions are comfortable to wear and are very quick to fit and remove in the salon. Even up close, it is hard to see where a clients hair ends and the tape hair starts. We can also create a perfect colour match from our range of multi-tonal hair.

Yes, of course! Image London is a professional hair extensions salon in Bermondsey. We have a large inventory of hair in stock and can fit your hair extensions then and there. However, if you would like to have a consultation and fitting on the same day, we would love to see photos of your hair prior to your consultation and a £200 deposit is required.
We use the best quality hair extensions at Image London, and our team are very experienced hairdressers who specialise in hair extensions. We will maintain your hair throughout and provide you with all of the maintenance advice and follow up that you need to care for your new hair extensions and ensure zero damage.
Image London is proud to have a team of highly qualified hairdressers, who are specifically trained in hair extensions. Each hair extensionist has a minimum of 4 years of experience working with hair extensions on a daily basis (and a minimum of 10 years as a qualified hairdresser). We are unique in what we offer – true expertise in hair extensions backed up by a qualified and professional team who care about creating superior natural-looking hair extensions.
To achieve a long hair look, you need to have a minimum of 4 inches of hair. This is enough hair so that if you gather all of your hair back, it just makes it in to a hair tie.
It will take approximately 3 – 3.5 hours to have a Full Head of permanent hair extensions fitted but only 30mins to have 6 pairs of tape fitted! So the amount of time is based on how much hair you are having added!
The hair quality is such that the hair can be treated like your own hair. Your new hair extensions will look natural, as we make sure to take the time to cut them and blend them properly, into your own hair. We also guarantee a perfect colour match, which is an essential step to making your new hair totally natural.
We are aware that some clients are concerned about how the hair extensions feel to wear – will they be too heavy? We are able to offer our clients a trial of the hair extensions. It is very easy to fit one or two, and hide them in your hair, so that you can see how they feel over a few days or a week. There is no cost for this service and it gives you an opportunity to try hair extensions for yourself. We offer a good choice of methods and hair so that we can get the best fit for all of our clients. Hair Extensions should feel comfortable to wear and should not feel heavy.
The micro-bonding method and the micro ring method offer 3 months of hair extensions, giving them the title of ‘permanent’ hair extensions. The micro ring method allows for hair to be re-used and so will last for a further 3-6 months.
No, this is not necessary. Professionally-fitted hair extensions do not damage your hair. There is no benefit to giving your hair a ‘rest’ in between.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any children, friends or family members accompanying you to your fitting appointment (although they are more than welcome to the consultation appointment).
